Ever been interested in rebab based classes? We offer classes from beginners to advanced.
Rehab classes are designed to enhance core stability, improve range of movement, incorporate strengthening/flexibility of muscles and correct faulty movement patterns and posture. Most exercises are in a slow, controlled movement pattern which helps to reduce the risk of injuries and pain.

We offer two types of classes at our clinic; we have clinical rehab  (1:2) and open group rehab classes(1:4-7). All classes will start with the basic rehabilitation principles such as breathing techniques, centring and natural posture alignment. Progress will be tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of the clients in the classes. Open rehab classes will incorporate floor exercises with equipment such as exercise balls, magic circles, weights, therabands and more.
