Please note. When booking your appointment under our private practice services that we enforce a cancellation policy. When cancelling your appointment, please state your reason for cancelling.

• You will receive a “FIRST TIME WARNING” on your first instance when cancelling your appointment outside of the given time period to do so. If you are running late to your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled and treated as your “FIRST TIME WARNING”.
• We have a strict Minimum 24 hour notice period for cancellation of scheduled appointments specifically for the private practice, voiding our cancellation policy by exceeding our notice period; cancellation charges apply to you if you have already been issued a “FIRST TIME WARNING”.

How much is the Cancellation fee costs?

Depending on the appointment you were booked in for, the price may vary, below are the current cancellation prices via service area clients.

• EPC (Enhanced primary care)
• Lymphoedema
• Remedial massage

For WC/MVM: (Workers comp) Motor vehicle regular standard consultation clients fee $70.55

To avoid the instance where a fee is applicable, please get in touch with our reception team and inform them of the cancellation of your appointment before exceeding the given period of 24 hours.

Notice. Any studio cancellation is 3 hours before any class; if this cancellation time period is exceeded, you will be charged the full cost of the class as a fee. For clients who have purchased the “class pass”, one class will be deducted from the pass due to late notice class cancellation.

• Please note. When cancelling classes for the studio, you must provide a reason for cancellation to the greenwood physio reception team.
• For the cancellation of a studio class, you must state your reason for cancellation 3 hours prior. Or you will be charged the total value of the class if you exceed the total time period given.

If you bought a 5/10 Class Pass, the class would be deducted from your pass as if you had attended. If you were on an unlimited pass, one day would be deducted from your pass.

The Cancellation Policy applies to all classes offered at the Yoga & Pilates Studio,  Greenwood Physio.

Our main focus is to serve our community in the best way possible and deliver a high-quality service, so we hope that you understand our reasoning behind introducing this policy.

Under the NDIS client appointments cancellation, every appointment made must follow the current cancellation period of 48 hours, not including Weekends and Public Holidays. If the notice period is exceeded past the 48 hour period given by us, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the appointment.

• How does this work?
• When cancelling an appointment with greenwood physio, please get in touch with our reception team to cancel and inform them of the reason for cancellation; our team will then reschedule the next possible time for your visit.

If you cancel your appointment and exceed the time period to do so effetely, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment in every instance. E.g., If the cost of the session is $100, you will be charged $100
