Do you have a passion for working in the Private practice & aged-care space?

Greenwood Physio has been providing occupational therapy services to our clients for 15 long years. We work with participants from all walks of life and provide them with high quality, evidence-based treatment, upholding the highest ethical standards. We currently operate across over 20 different aged-care facilities in Perth and have our own Private practice and rehabilitation studio to deliver services to our beloved clients.

Do you want to visit our aged-care residents at their homes?

Greenwood Physio has recently expanded our private practice to have a purpose-built NDIS/ Rehab studio space next door. We have ample space with multiple equipment setups with access requirements included. Our therapists can very effectively deliver 1:1 and group sessions with our patients. Apart from this, our therapists also travel to our resident’s homes and aged-care facilities to provide treatment services to them in their own environments.

Do you want to work in a team of experienced OTs?

Greenwood Physio has a team of 30 + experienced therapists, all of whom focus on delivering high-quality service to our clients. Our OTs liaise with our physiotherapists and other allied health professionals to develop each client’s treatment plan through a multidisciplinary team approach while focusing on their goals.

Do you want to develop your CPD plan?

Greenwood Physio offers internal training and supervision. We have monthly PDs on very interesting and out of the box topics within the health & business space ( ratio 70% to 30 % respectively). We also hold regular toolbox sessions to help our clinicians and support staff build on their skills. In addition to this, we will provide our chosen candidate with a $1000 PD allowance to explore courses that interest them and support their learning.

Work schedule:

You will work up to 5 days/full time with us. We offer flexibility to set up your roster so you can work around your family commitments etc. We are pro-flexibility!

You will be working at either our private clinic, rehab studio or aged-care facilities we contract with. Your role would be:

Delivering evidence-based Occupational therapy treatments
Deliver in-clinic Lymphoedema treatment and assessments
Provide effective pain management treatments
Carrying out comprehensive patient assessment
Driving innovation through our continuous improvement initiatives
Developing tailored assessment and person-centred therapy care
Lead a small team – train, conduct PD, mentor
Remuneration

Range: $80k to $100k
Performance, yearly bonus
PD allowance – $1000

Prerequisites for the role:

A degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration (full/limited)
A qualification in Lymphoedema
A commitment to best practice for assessment and intervention
Exceptional communication skills and initiative for clients and the business
Commitment to the role for a minimum of 1 year
