The roles:

We support our Physios and love for them to grow by offering unique roles that give them exposure to a wide variety of areas. As a part of the team, in addition to a predominantly musculoskeletal role, we have interesting areas of work that you can tap into. These areas include:

Rehabilitation classes ( Pilates and core strengthening)
NDIS ( We have a brand new rehab centre !)
Aged-care
Mentoring/ Training

And most importantly, the role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside physiotherapists who work in treating diverse treatment areas including Lymphoedema therapies, Vestibular treatments, TMJ, Focussed rehab, Hydrotherapy and more!

What skills we seek in you:

Ability to effectively build &manage a caseload of private clientele
Ability to lead and work productively as part of a team
Marketing personally to local GPs, the community, sporting clubs etc.
Ability to provide an evidence-based practice
Maintaining complete and accurate clinical documentation

Essential Requirements:

Experience of working as a Physiotherapist
Training in Clinical Pilates/ Rehab
Full registration with AHPRA

What the role looks like?

This role is truly unique – we have a mix of very diverse work opportunities, giving our chosen candidate a well rounded caseload in different areas of Physiotherapy.

Some features of the role include:

$20,000 caseload
Work with a largely Musculoskeletal client base
Experience conducting rehabilitation sessions. We offer boutique reformer classes as well as mat-based rehab to our clients.
Work with our NDIS clients- We have a brand new purpose-built gym and activity centre for our NDIS clients that you will use for your treatments.
Assist our Aged-care clients – Our team works with the most renowned aged-care providers across Perth to assist their residents with our varied allied health services
You get to work with physiotherapists who have a special interest in Lymphoedema therapies, Vestibular treatments, TMJ, Focussed rehab, Hydrotherapy and more!
Generous PD allowances, structured in-house PD and knowledge sharing
Great remuneration ( $80k to $100k and competitive salary packing with bonuses for star candidates

Do you want to work in a team of experienced OTs?

Greenwood Physio has a team of 30 + experienced therapists, all of whom focus on delivering high-quality service to our clients. Our OTs liaise with our physiotherapists and other allied health professionals to develop each client’s treatment plan through a multidisciplinary team approach while focusing on their goals.

Work schedule:

You will work up to 5 days/full time with us. We offer flexibility to set up your roster so you can work around your family commitments etc. We are pro-flexibility!
You will be working at either our private clinic, rehab studio or aged-care facilities we contract with. Your role would be:
Delivering evidence-based Occupational therapy treatments
Deliver in-clinic Lymphoedema treatment and assessments
Provide effective pain management treatments
Carrying out comprehensive patient assessment
Driving innovation through our continuous improvement initiatives
Developing tailored assessment and person-centred therapy care
Lead a small team – train, conduct PD, mentor
