Class description

Therapy Yoga

A therapeutic yoga practice excellent for desk-bound and active sport people who need good stretch. Classes target problematic areas like lower back issues, tightness around hips and hamstrings as well as neck and shoulders stiffness. A great remedy to revitalise your whole body while enjoying an active lifestyle.



A combination of Yoga and Pilates class, concentrating on building core, strengthening muscles and promoting proper posture. Dynamic and energising type of exercise suitable for all levels, including total beginners.

Mat Pilates

A mat based class that is predominantly focused on building core strength and encouraging a proper postural alignment. You will  stabilize your body while toning up your muscles and enhancing your overall health. An amazing solution for people wanting to work on their pelvic floor strength!


Reformer Pilates

Expect all amazing benefits of a Pilates class, like increased muscular strength, postural alignment and flexibility but on top of that experience more targeted and intense workout. The Pilates Reformer machine adds resistance to the movement working your muscles through a full range of motion and offering a more challenging practice.


Golden Circuit

A 60 min class designed to assist in the prevention and management of many age related health conditions. A circuit based exercises to target strength (to improve bone density), cardio (to improve your heart muscle strength), balance and coordination with the emphasis on functional fitness. Age friendly and sociable environment, instructed in a fun way.

Rehab Class

Based on clinical assessment conducted by a physiotherapist, you are going to experience classes design to suit your needs. So, whether you are dealing with chronic pain or recent injury that class is for you. Expect small-sized class and personalised hands on attention. Classes will incorporate strength, posture, balance exercises and more.

New Students

We would love to send a warm welcome to our Yoga & Pilates Studio!
If this is your first visit, you will find the below information very useful.
  1. Our studio is fully equipped. We provide mats, bolsters and blocks free of charge but you are very welcome to bring your mat.
  2. Instructors are here to help and support you. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions or address concerns. Also, make sure to inform a teacher about any injuries or health condition that might affect your practice prior to the class.
  3. The level of most classes is open, so feel welcome to join even if you are a total beginner. An instructor will offer you alternative postures or appropriate adjustments.
  4. Remember to practice at your own pace and listen to your body. Don’t do anything that doesn’t feel right and don’t feel pressure to keep up with the class pace. It is your practice!
  5. Arrive 15 min before the class, especially if this is your first visit or you need to purchase your pass.
  6. Wear appropriate and comfortable sports clothes. Yoga is practised barefoot and for a Pilates class, you can bring special gripping socks. For any type of Yoga class, please bring a towel to put on top of the studio bolster.
  7. Ensure your mobile phone is switched off or put on the silent mode.
  8. Last but not least, have a lot of fun and enjoy your practice!

Terms & Conditions


We offer a variety of passes, from casual, 5/10 class passes to unlimited options as well as memberships. Within the specific type of pass, you can either attend all the classes or choose an option that excludes Reformer Pilates classes. As you see, there are many choices available, and we are sure you can find the one that resonates with you the most. Passes can be purchased at the Yoga & Pilates Studio, at the Greenwood Physio reception, by calling 08 9246 0882 or online through the system we use called Punchpass.


Our recurring membership allows you to attend an unlimited number of our classes. The membership payment is taken fortnightly from a card of your choice. There is a possibility to suspend your membership up to 3 times per year. The minimum suspension period is 2 weeks with a maximum up to 4 weeks per year with no additional fees. There is no possibility to backdate the suspension. Please send all suspension requests to studio.greenwoodphysio@gmail.com at least 7 days before the requested start date. If you would like to cancel your membership, please email studio.greenwoodphysio@gmail.com. The cancellation period is 2 weeks from the day of receiving your email. We will notify you of your last payment date and the date your membership will expire. Please head to our website to read more about our membership conditions.


5 Class Pass is valid for three months, and 10 Class Pass is valid for six months. We don’t have an extension policy, which means that all classes need to be used within the provided period. The only extension is possible if you have an injury or illness. Please email through a doctor’s certificate along with the dates you need to be away to studio.greenwoodphysio@gmail.com and we will extend your pass. There is no possibility to extend your pass while you are on holidays so, please be aware of that while purchasing your pass.


No refunds are given, unless of it was a fault of Greenwood Physio, e.g. your class was cancelled at the last minute.


We recommend booking your classes online. In this way, you can be sure that your spot is confirmed. It is very important in case of popular classes, and especially if you want to attend Reformer Pilates classes. There are only three spots available, as we have three Reformers in our room.
You can book a class on our website. Head to the ‘Yoga & Pilates Studio’ section in the main menu and scroll down to ‘Timetable’. Choose a class that you would like to attend and sign in to your Punchpass account. It is software that we use to manage our timetable and attendance. You can also book a class by calling Greenwood Physio to 08 9246 0882. Reservations can up to 3 months into the future. There is no possibility to book classes via email or SMS.


When you book your class online, we hold that space for you and potentially turn away other class participants (especially in case of Reformer Pilates classes where there are only three spots available). So, please make sure that you cancel your reservation if you are no longer able to attend. We allow you to cancel a class up to 3 hours before the class start time.
What will happen if you book your class and don’t show up/don’t cancel:
We understand that there are a lot of different situations in life, like urgent meetings, traffic, etc. so there won’t be any negative consequences if it happens one time.
If you don’t show up or cancel more than one class, then we will follow our Cancelation Policy:
  • If you bought a 5/10 Class Pass, the class would be deducted from your pass as if you had attended.
  • If you were on an unlimited pass, one day would be deducted from your pass.
The Cancellation Policy applies to all classes offered at the Yoga & Pilates Studio,  Greenwood Physio.
Our main focus is to serve our community in the best way possible and deliver a high-quality service, so we hope that you understand our reasoning behind introducing this policy.
